Installations are maintained to defined care standards with routine service and prompt replacement when necessary to preserve continuity.

Color Rotation is an optional service that introduces restrained seasonal variation within an existing plant installation while preserving the stability of the underlying environment.

Seasonal accents are selected and maintained using the same care standards as the core plant program and are typically applied to receptions, front desks, lobbies, and other representative spaces.

Seasonal Cadence

Spring: restrained fresh color and seasonal transition
Summer: durable flowering or foliage selections
Fall: warmer tones with controlled variation
Winter: limited, composed seasonal expression

Color Rotation is layered onto an established installation rather than replacing it.

Holiday & Seasonal Décor

Holiday and seasonal décor may be provided using the same service structure as our plant installations, allowing clients to introduce seasonal atmosphere without the burden of ownership, storage, or annual coordination.

Available elements may include trees, wreaths, garlands, lighting, seasonal planters, and other decorative objects selected to suit the character of the space.

Plant Presence provides design coordination, installation, maintenance, seasonal removal, and off-site storage for the duration of the lease period.

This service is particularly suited to lobbies, receptions, offices, and representative interior spaces where a composed seasonal presence is desired.
